DEEPWATER HORIZON MEDICAL SETTLEMENT

The Gulf Region Health Outreach Program Library is established pursuant to Section IX(H) of the Deepwater Horizon Medical Benefits Class Action Settlement Agreement, as Amended on May 1, 2012 (the “Agreement”), and is subject to: (1) the terms and conditions of that Agreement; and (2) the jurisdiction of and orders entered by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in the case In Re: Oil Spill by the Oil Rig “Deepwater Horizon” in the Gulf of Mexico, on April 20, 2010 (MDL No. 2179). This Gulf Region Health Outreach Program Library website (the “Website”) is operated by the Garretson Resolution Group, Claims Administrator for the Medical Benefits Class Action Settlement.
